In order to return goods please contact us at help@footwearstudio.co.uk quoting your order number.
Once Emailed Footwear Studio and you have received a reply, you need to return any item for a refund or exchange please send within 7 days of receipt, unworn in original condition and packaging including all labels.
It is the customers Responsibility to return the goods back to us, for an exchange or Refund.
We are happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and packaging and is re-saleable. Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition.
Always obtain proof of postage when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment).
All orders are subject to availability.
Your statutory rights are not affected. |
