We offer a 48hr tracked service as standard. Orders can be sent with guaranteed Next Day delivery by 6pm, for a small fee of £4.99. Any additional item(s) purchased do not incur an additional fee for either service. Please note that orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays so any orders received to us after 2pm Friday will not be dispatched until Monday morning (this includes the Next Day option where delivery will be guaranteed by 6pm Tuesday).

All of our International orders are Tracked. You will be sent an email after purchase with your tracking number and details on how to view where your order is during its journey to you. Delivery times for International orders can vary between countries, however, most items will reach our customers in 4-5 working days (USA in 1-2 days by FedEx). Please see the drop down menu on the listing for an estimated delivery date by Country. All prices are based on weight so if you are purchasing more than one item then please contact us to see if we can combine item(s) for a postage discount.

However, if you find that that they are not suitable for any reason then please return them unworn, to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. We kindly ask that you return them unworn with both the item and their original packaging (i.e. a shoe box if applicable) in the same condition in which you received them. Please note that if the shoes are sent to you in a shoe box then any deliberate damage to the box i.e. taping around the edges to use as outer packing, will incur a deduction from any refund.

We try our utmost to ensure that the condition of all of our products meets the highest possible standards. However, if you have received a faulty item or the item has been incorrectly dispatched by us (i.e. different size sent to what has been ordered) then please return the item(s) to us within 30days of dispatch in an unworn condition for a full item refund. Please can you contact us first so that we know to expect the return. We will also refund the return postage costs to a maximum value of £4.20 which is the standard tracked service by MyHermes (www.myhermes.co.uk) although you are welcome to use a different courier. If you believe that we have mistakenly sent you the wrong size/item then please can you check your original order, including the UK size, prior to contacting us. We are only able to reimburse postage costs where there is a clear manufacturer's fault or we have sent your order incorrectly and the item(s) are returned to us within 30 days of dispatch.
Please note that incorrect fitting is not classed as a fault. If you would like us to check the measurements of an item before it is sent then please don't hesitate to contact us.
We're really sorry, but we are unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable or don't fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.
